Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in our Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your referral.

1. Eligibility to Participate

The Referral Program is open to individuals or businesses who sign up via the referral form on our website.
You must provide accurate and complete contact information. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the program.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

2. How the Referral Program Works

You can refer friends, colleagues, or business contacts who may be interested in our services (real estate investment, business setup, visa and residency, luxury services, and family relocation).
For every successful referral (i.e., a person who completes a service transaction with us), you will earn a commission.
Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with our services.

3. Successful Referral Definition

A referral is considered successful when:

The referred client completes a purchase or a service agreement with us.
All payments from the referred client are finalized.
The referral must be tracked by you notifying us in writing before the referral engages with our services.

4. Commission Structure

Commission rates are based on the type of service the referred client completes. Exact percentages and payment amounts will be communicated once your referral signs up.
Commissions will be paid after the referred client’s service is fully completed and all payments have been received by us.
Commission payments will be made via the payment method selected during the signup process (bank transfer, cash, etc.).

5. Payment of Commissions

Commissions will be paid within 30 days of the completion of the referred client’s service.
You will receive notification via email or phone when your commission has been processed.
Commissions are subject to any local taxes or fees required by law, and it is your responsibility to report earnings as required by your local tax authorities.

6. Referral Restrictions

You cannot refer yourself or your own business.
The referred client must be aware of your referral and must not already be in our customer database or in discussions with us about our services.
We reserve the right to reject referrals or refuse payment if we believe there has been misuse of the referral program.

7. Program Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, without notice. If the program is terminated, valid referrals made before the termination will still be honored.
Any changes to the program or terms will be posted on our website. Your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

8. Liability & Disputes

We are not responsible for any errors, technical problems, or issues beyond our control that may affect the referral process or payment of commissions.
In the event of any dispute regarding your eligibility to participate, successful referrals, or commission payments, our decision shall be final.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the commission structure, rates, and any other information related to the Referral Program.
You must not use the Referral Program to engage in any misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

10. Governing Law

This agreement and the Referral Program are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.
